To be fair, most people stop growing while in highschool (or at least get really close to their final height. It's been a bit since I read the first 10 or so chapters so I don't know her actual grade level (if it was mentioned at all) - but it wouldn't surprise me if she hit that point.
It's still funny though, thank you for pointing out that panel since I would have (and did) passed it right by otherwise.
I found the absolute polar opposite interactions with her two older brothers really funny, alongside all the protective measures Tomo was using (that man-catcher was a nice touch).
Glad to see Yuno has at least one competent sibling she can rely on, too bad about the other one though
