Blursed manga, idk how to put it otherwise

Feels both dreamy and ruthless, I don’t really know where this is going but I like the vibes and how it’s written, I’ll stick to it
@Z2
Is there such a genre as anti-iyashikei? Like, take that same slightly dreamlike tone and weird disconnect with reality following events that don't really seem to be happening and probably wouldn't matter if they were... except instead of Healing, it's just Hurting?

i just saw these comments and wanted to put my two cents on this series. the forest feels like a transitional/liminal space. the town:
idk if we uploaded this chapter yet, but the town's name is synonymous for being 'disconnected' from the rest of the world. this can easily be said the same for the forest which is so obviously blocked off from the rest of the world.
much of the panel art so far shows dam either resting in areas that blend together or special places
like the flower field or the chaotic village itself
where nothing stands out until dam or some other character speaks up about these specific areas. we haven't seen much else besides the forest and the village, and even then it feels 'barren.' that's my 3am rant.
