I agree, it feels realistic. But the one thing that gets me is that those two are always close by at times at the university. But so far, no encounter has occurred? This has occurred at least two times in the manga so far where they've literally been within a few inches apart from each other. Idk, it's just a bit frustrating to me.

Just blame it on Urumin's own super-clumsiness; it's very unrealistic as it is.

NGL, I wouldn't be surprised if the Japanese was somehow a pun on both "performance" and "romance" (in the sense of "mysterious/exciting quality", i.e. he's calling it an "exciting performance").

I know alot of ppl are saying them not knowing they're in the same college is realistic but I personally disagree. If they were in 2 separate degree fields (i.e Arts & Science majors) the likelihood of them coming across one another is low but to be in the same study lounge is too much of a coincidence.

As someone who goes to a fairly large college it is near impossible to complete not know someone is in your college who you might've met somewhere else. Paths cross eventually...

People who are complaining of them not meeting at college yet, MC is definitely more of a fan more than anything atm and it might go negatively, like, he wants the idol, not the actual person. What if her clumsiness is magnified by being on stage and bright lights, etc, etc and she's (a little) bit more normal around her friends.

Plus if it plays out this way, i think it would be funnier for Uru to see him, before he sees her, then we've got a few chapters of funny avoidance - no need to rush it.

I was about to post something similar. I even thought that knowing her off-stage person would not interest MC much or even bother him somewhat, thus leading to her be offended / moping or whatever and "grow further" for a couple of chapters (not much, issues are resolved pretty fast here).
But he'll have to come to term, eventually, that "Urumin" is a person before an idol and there is more of her than just her stage persona (although I think that she's straightforward and clumsy in her personal life too, so the difference will be just "in work" but at a personal level she'll be almost the same...not like the other member of the group that puts up a front).
