This has twisted her personality into not necessarily sadistic, but needing to see people do things for her, to see people want her, try to win her favor. A spin off staring her as she works through those issues and finds true love would be great.

Judging by the fact that some girl can really sit like a female priest in RO, the leg part doesn't look too difficult. However, combining it with how she turn her upper body... that could easily lead to cramp on her side if she were to hold the pose for long...
But if we're speaking for just yes or no, I'd say yes.
