If you're asking for actual interaction during Kengan: no.
If you're asking for actual interaction during Danberu: yes.

Yes, you will technically be watching/reading a directly associated program. But, Danberu('s manga) references and has cameos to Kengan characters or locations frequently (entire chapters, even), but neither Kengan Asura or Kengan Omega even mention Danberu events or characters.
The only danberu person we seen in kengan atm is like Kure right ?

Hmm... Off the top of my head, Kengan has shown Zina (with uncle Ivan), the back of Akemi's head in a bonus with her sister Shion as she reminisces about Hatsumi Sen, a Volume Extra crossover in an eating contest between Ohma and Hibiki, the mexican wrestler mentions being in love with Sakaguchi Mei, and like you've said, Karla's mom Yakusha is in Kengan once or twice.

ISSK shows them a tad more in bonus color pages.
Danberu mentions, and shows them nearly every chapter, though. Sandrovich enjoys writing not-fighting personality fun into his Kengan characters by placing 'em in Danberu very regularly.

In the 4-koma pages of Ashura, Julius was one or two times shown with Machio.

In the character info in volume 15 of Omega, it said that one of Wu's favorite phrase is 'Just do your very best,' which is a quote from Petin. Petin first appeared in Kengan, but this phrase was said in Danberu.

In Chapter 247 of Omega, Shen watches a movie in which apparently Harnnold Dogegenchonegger appears. He confuses him with the guy from Terminator.

And in Omega volume 17, there was this extra chapter:
