Sure is. The only thing Zina says (written in katakana) is variations of "harasho." Although, I'll credit you, she DID say "Я по-другому!" this time (which was also in katakana) saying "I'm different" or "I feel like a whole new person" in her case.
But yeah, Zina is also speaking Russian whenever the Cyrillic alphabet is used; it's as much a foreign language in the Japanese text as it is in the English, and always some form of хорошо

@LeannaCR Yeah, I wouldn't call that a bouldering gym but a full-on rock climbing gym. That doesn't have safety ropes for some reason.

Bouldering is a variation of rock climbing where you're only going up the height of a large boulder, so they're only a little more than twice the height of the average person (3 - 4 meters). In bouldering gyms, there are usually multiple paths for each section of wall of varying difficulty, where each path (or 'problem' as they're also called) denoted by the color of the hand/footholds. Rock climbing gyms have many of the same features but the walls are much higher and can even extend up onto the roof of the gym if it has one. A safety rope and spotter are typically required for rock climbing since a fall from that height can easily injure or kill.
