With careful consideration~
As a reminder (current date Feb 18, 2024), this manga has not ended, though a new chapter has not been officially released in many months due to the author (Sandrovich Yabako) and artist (MAAM) currently working on STAR: Strike it Rich (Isshou Senkin) manga series instead of How Heavy are the Dumbbells You Lift? (Danberu Nan Kiro Moteru?). Yes, they've literally postponed working on this series to work on that one, instead.

So, even though there hasn't been any new chapters in some time, it's officially justified, and does not mean "Danberu" is ended. As long as new chapters are released, this will be updated. It's... simply unknown when Sandrovch & MAAM will pick it back up.
