I think the last time I saw that many vampires underwater at the same time was in Swamp Thing. Whole town underwater after a dam was let loose on it years before or something like that. Vampires living there adapted to underwater conditions. That's about all I remember about it, that's fucking old man. Older than I am, actually. More recently, Doctor Who comes to mind but those weren't really vampires.
