Tatiana has been around for a long fucking time and she doesn't seem to age, I guess this is the way the author explains it. In this series werewolves live for centuries but their human forms age normally.

@Kahlan The normal life expectancy of a werewolf is 250 years (info from the Novellas), unless they receive The Rose Kiss from a Vampire Queen like Mina's mother. The werewolf elders like Lord Scott (Angies grandfather), Lord Ernest, Edward and Connery were all 500+ years old before they died.. And it's expected that Tatiana's DNA has gone through the same changes as Akira's

@Yautja If you read the manga you'll see that Tatiana has transformed partially before, when she attacked Akira Garcia Fujisaki in the later chapters when Min Mei was hunted by Ryuu, Lee's right hand man.
