Unless Evil Eye uses a new move, it would be hard for him to win against Enenra though.
Primarily because most of Evil Eye's moves are physical based and Enenra is Smoke Yokai.

The only known move Evil Eye has that can affect Enenra is the Cursed House.

Because characters developing new moves and strategies to stop seemingly unstoppable new enemies has been such a problem in this and every other Shonen manga in existence… 😛
