Oh, I see where this is going. Okarun does a ton of super badass stuff, saves the girl, she's totally smitten by him and his muscles, then he introduces himself by his name and blows her mind. Because Momo can't see the transformations anymore, when he taps into the lingering Turbogranny energies from her PoV it's entirely that Okarun is secretly a 10/10 superhuman chad who's awkward at school and not supernatural ability.
