My guess is her memories will come back when she manages to reawaken her spiritual powers. That will dispel whatever magical interference that's causing the memory loss.

She never really had any romantic interest in Okarun, because she doesn't understand such feelings.
To her, the only reason she was interested in Okarun was the "words of her Mom" and Okarun filling those criteria.
Its possible that if someone better than Okarun appears, she might select that person and move away from Okarun, if by then she understands about romantic feelings stuff.
She comes from a planet were young men were already extinct, and only old grandpa were alive.
Heck, she never really met a Male in her whole life until just before her escape from her home planet.
She never really learned or knew about stuff related to romantic interest or social relationship norms, because it was a mess just to stay alive.
So, i doubt she has any notion of polyamory or polygamy.
The most she might think is that multiple people loving a single person isn't wrong, as she doesn't have any sense of possessiveness.
Vanilla is such a lovely person dude, always positive, so tough and just all around a sweetheart I love her so much dude

a tradition of this manga :
after a fight to the death , the characters will have a party / a feast , and they will eat some expensive foods .
but in this chapter , they only eat a cheap dinner , so lame .
after 69 chapters , we see alien girl vamola again , and i just realize this :
she has no personality , no emotion at all , she is so bland , like a robot , a doll . the mangaka is so talent ( sarcasm ) .
