Well it's a play on money laundering and money laundering is when you use one business or revenue stream to make illegal or ill gotten funds seem legal. So like in Breaking Bad Walter eventually owns a car washing business he used to work at, and to launder his drug money he has wife print fake receipts of cars they didn't wash so they can account for his illegal earnings.

Basically she wants to pretend that she's not from Class E so his family doesn't think of her as dangerous, but she realizes if she transferred classes then she wouldn't have a reason to see Sou again

Kind of an analogy to money laundering, based on Kana's prior statement:
