My guess is, depending on whether the relationship between Ruri and Miku is usually friendly or hostile, these two will clash at some point. Miku will probably quietly listen to Ruri's nasty remarks at first - I'm sure she heard similar stuff when Yamada dropped out. Miku couldn't care less then, but with Sou it's a different matter. Ruri making fun of him will definitely force Miku to react. How could it go? Maybe Ruri drops a nuke in a half sentence:

Personally I can't wait to see the rest of Team D... should be soon enough, I guess.

We might even see members of other guard teams (B or C) who got curious about the situation. If Ruri messed with Class C and their guy, then the guards from that class might step in as well. They have noone to guard now, so they have time to spare.

And obviously Aya, Hana and Kaede - if they dare to show their faces right now. Suzuki's view on the matter would also be nice to have, though I think he feels quite uncomfortable now. Team A will probably suffer from heavy Sou-withdrawal and he has to put up with their sour mood. But Suzuki would probably say he "expected as much" and "Sou simply should have listened" to him and "none of this would have happened" - and yup, it will earn him death stares from his guards.

Also, it's interesting how Kaede got spared/ignored again - Miku put the whole blame on the Konno twins and doesn't mention Kaede one bit. Must be her short stack bonus... being able to walk upright and still fly under Miku's radar. I guess at some point Miku will remember boobtruder Kakizaki and her "evil" deeds.
