This further cements the fact that all this world's women have zero defense against Sou.

Probably, in fact, they simply have zero defense against any man that is even slightly assertive. Which, once again, it's only Sou in the entire world.

They do have assertive men; previous chapters have alluded to the fact that many men grow up to be arrogant and rude, with one example being a male scholarship student who yelled at a couple of waitresses in broad daylight for some unspecified slight (though the narrating girl seems to imply it was overblown by hum) while his bodyguards struggled to calm him down.

So the women of this world are used to men being misogynistic, gynophobic or simply apathetic towards women (the last one being the best-case scenario); Sô stands out as an unpercedented anomaly in being not only none of these, but being actively kind and courteous towards the opposite sex, which this world's male affection-starved women are mentally defenseless against and thus become nigh-insane with happiness and (if past puberty) inordinate sexual arousal, and from there develop all manners of self-delusions to cope with and rationalize this non-computable stimulus.

I'm guessing that Ruri girl will be the guide for the fam somehow thinking that she can stir some shit by getting the girls to act crazy and poach him for her class. But Sou's class will be eerily well behaved because of what is at stake. Even the ever pregnant Maria will act normal. And at the end, Sou will deal her a devastating blow somehow, maybe even somehow poaching the well trained other guy.

This is what I'm suspecting is what's going to happen, with an alternative conclusion of Ruri being left to silently seethe at the utter humiliation she has received in the eyes of the Class E guard girls; they probably have or will cotton on to her real intentions but can't see any other way of resolving the crisis besides taking this poisoned fruit from her, only to marvel at how fate just keeps handing them W after unexpected W as every attempt by Ruri to manipulate things into portraying the school as dangerous for Sô is sabotaged by factors beyond her control and without the Class E trio lifting a finger, such that at the end they have to bite the insides of their cheeks to hold back their laughter at Ruri's abysmal failure and not openly heckle her (yet).

I think that Yuri getting pressured into accepting it by the girls is pretty likely, they believe that she's the one who has the most direct experience and knowledge about Sou and men in the whole school, the right woman for the job! In that way the E guards would also finally find out that Yuri is the one currently at the top of the class hierarchy, lol.
Yeah, It's unlikely that such a cute little kusogaki is the 4th ranker, I would be surprised if she were above the 36th place
