Yuri ascending to Heaven in the locker, and then after three days without Sou (Hell), experience Advanced Hell.
She is Lucifer lol... or in this case, Yurifer?
Anyway, I'm thinking how do solo guards work. From what I picked up, it's basically marriage because no woman would want to share their man if possible (but multiple wives are socially acceptable in this world), so they'd rather be their wife AND personal guard.
But if she's guarding their husband, they're not making any money, and I assume women are usually the breadwinners in this world. But if she's out there working, she's not guarding him, and while I assume the men take up the "househusband" role (or do they? They seem surprised with Sou being able to cook), that means he's left alone, and that could be dangerous in this 1:39 world.
So personally, I think being someone's solo personal guard doesn't really work in this world and why the guard schools usually pair them as trios so they can take turns guarding their shared husband (and children) and working.
As for guarding as a job while they already have a husband, I'm guessing they are generally perceived as the most trustworthy in this society so they are paid extrrmely well guarding other men.
So uh, I'm still surprised this series has really good world building threads(?) if one thinks about it.
