I would say both teachers are cute in their own way, and neither of them is actually as horny as the girls. They are not unaffected but at least they have their urges mostly under control. It's what you expect from Erika, seeing that she was a student guard in her highschool years - if Konoe Academy had the same grading system then, she would have been an exemplary student with excellent grades to be nominated as a male guard. It's probably similar for Ikumi, though we do not know if she actually worked as a student guard before becoming a teacher at the academy. She likely did, but if it was mentioned I currently don't remember.

Still, I do agree that, going by what we've seen so far, Erika is the better woman. Ikumi... well, she's a calculating bitch, demaning compensation from Erika just because Team A misbehaved and nearly got Sou pulled out of school. Not to mention she also did a number on her by dropping the responsibility for handling "class observation" on Erika. And let's not forget the We'll cum Party the girls in class E wanted to do - she pushed it away from school because she did not want to be held responsible for it. She still cares for her students to some degree though, but I guess she wouldn't risk her bonus for them.
