Not sure how others think about it, but for me they look damn good, nicely done!
Maybe you could remove the now pointless name tags from those bubbles?

Hopefully not because of my idea about the chibi heads... it would be nice to have them consistently.
Also on page 1+2... the first page could go without it, since Sou did not hear her, but page two would be cool.
Still, I'm happy that you even considered doing them at all.

Each head is different work. They might be small but, but number of work are proportional to number of head. Coloring process complicates all. Good thing it's not redrawing, hence I can put it in folder. But then there more layers to manage.

Kisa-sensei must have made a template file for Bubble head. Because that would be best way.

He must be updating that putting those bubble-heads. I can't use my primitive method of redrawing face each time.

I will make later attempt.

I love how Kanachan always manage to be a sort of unique mix of boke and tsukkomi. Hinata = peerless tsukkomi, Kana = boke+tsukkomi, Miku = freaky boke, what a well balanced trio.
The chibi heads are really nice
