All this mess happened when we were seeing Peak performance from Kisa-sensei. After a long time, Kisa was giving daily updates, I was getting Sumire Screentime. If hadn't that been, we would have seen 10 more updates by now.

Everything was going fine, then Fantia announced that all posted R18 work on their website must be new strict censorship rules (of article 175) otherwise can't be published. They need to be deleted. The deadline was given 5 days. Fantia is used by many creators to earn directly from fan for lewd-works. Such a rush, and redrawing years of work and re-uploading in such a short time, many quit and deleted their work.

Kisa-sensei publishes his weekly R18 issues there, now he deleted all those 3 years work due to policy. The order was enforced upon him, because violation-flags blocked those posts.

On Fantia, issues are bought for each month separately, each old month need new purchase. So, lot of purchased from fan were part of his revenue. Now all that is deleted, new fan will not buy bundle old issue. He lost his main revenue stream.

Also for the old fans, their three year worth of purchased materials gone. IT IS UNIMAGINABLE LOSS OF FOR EVERYONE.

Sounds like when patreon banned nsfw so they all went to OF and didn't go back when patreon reversed the decision, then OF announced they were banning NSFW (because they wanted to do an IPO) and then everyone went to Fansly and other platforms before they even rolled it out so they reversed decision before it became brutal but it already allowed competition into their niche.
