Kana breaking free from the Infinite Prison... or rather Kana being so horny for the real thing that not even her dream Sou could hold her captive. Especially the last panel is great. You wouldn't find a better guard wife in that world.

Many thanks for the clean version. The ribbon feels a bit weird, though... first of all, I think it should be black, or at least way darker than what it is now. It appears more or less black in the prior panels. But the really weird thing is the upper part. If you compare it with the original image I would say part of Kana's hair got falsely made part of the ribbon band. At least this doesn't look right to me.
