Well, she's Akira's younger sister. That doesn't exclude her from having younger siblings herself but as far as I know Kanaria's family structure was not revealed yet. We know of her mother (Board Chairwoman of the Konoe Academy) since she got mentioned a few times. And we know that Akira (Supervisor of Grade II) is Kana's older sister. I would still assume that there are a lot of women in the Konoe family. I mean, they are described as a long-standing and well known economical powerhouse, so they will likely have several branch families and Kanaria has lots of relatives.
