The All-Ages and R18 versions are entirely different continuities and it's very much that they, despite being non-canon to each other, work fine together and enhance each other.
Like, if you only read All-ages, you only know part of Hinata's troubles, while here you get the sex-related part of it, which wouldn't have come in the world where Sou is a more passive and unknowing conqueror of the entire female population

I actually really like the fact that we get even more information about the world in the R-18 version. Some questions about character motives get answered here like the aforementioned Hinata.

Really, the more I read both timelines, the more I think "passive Sou" has a better chance of surviving in this world than the "abnormal Sou," with how Sou's family and the trio escort students become more jealous the more girls he fucked. I don't think there's a happy ending waiting for him at the end of this timeline.
