i actually... liked this chapter? as a notorious yandere hater??? something about this chapter being totally in her pov and her being entirely self aware of her actions while being unable to stop herself made her feel significantly more sympathetic, and her tragic descent into obsession feels totally realistic rather than other yanderes who fall after their obsession picks up their pen for them or some shit. even the stuff the mc was saying was stuff that could both be construed as innocent/conforms to the job of a host club but could also be taken as leading her on, so i don't feel like there's much fault for him either

this being said, really hated the first yandere girl in this so i'm still tossing up whether to continue the read or not. can i get a spoiler on how bad things get? ie sexual assault or other heinous shit beyond stalking. while i enjoyed this chapter i dont really think i can stomach stuff much worse than this, other comments hinted at stuff but i don't know if its speculation or ln content

Seira the most beautiful and bestest girl, I agree with Masato, would wife in a heartbeat.

Struck me thinking, she really owes her life to Miki-senpai, had she not taken her there and chosen Masato as her host, I dread to think how things might have gone down for Seira from there, depression like that is no joke. Senpai is also a good person and friend.

Our guy needs to be more aware and careful with what he says though, he basically said he likes her, is she supposed to take it as mere lip service even though his thing here is approaching her sincerely and forming a genuine bond? You can even pinpoint the exact moment where she broke, he ought to take responsibility. The part at the end where she starts crying really hits hard, she's a good person and knows this isn't right. Hopefully, everything will be made alright by the end.

The part I really hate however is how they all but explicitly drive home how not-NTR man got to take her firsts and toy with her for the 2 months until he got tired of her. At the beginning it was ambiguous and you could interpret it as her misunderstanding being a couple and nothing actually happened but then it's made clear the guy was scum and we see how he approached her first in a predatory manner when she was innocent.

Another good advice: unless you're in a relationship for a period of time (say a couple months), don't easily lower all your emotional barriers. Some would want you to lower them so that you become emotionally vulnerable to them, however, if you were to do so, they would just start taking advantage of it to push whatever they want onto you while that emotional vulnerability is now a liability that they will grasp onto.

Lower your barriers slowly and steadily, not all at once, since it can lead to a lot of problems down the line.
