Well up until the volume of the novel I have read, she wins, but it is all very unpleasant, with everyone sabotaging the main couple, while they do everything to self sabotage. And since it is quite early on that this gets resolved, I can see it going wrong again quite quickly. This is not a happy fluffy romance. I dropped it at that point, because all the drama and jeopardy was overblown and legally bogus in the real world, but who knows for Japan, eh? This is not a will they / won't they? This is what will one of their psycho friends or family do to them next to fuck with them? It drags you through the wringer and it just exhausts me too much for the lack of empathy I can generate for the main couple or even the third wheel of the love triangle. It is obvious that Nana Nanana simply wants to torture the characters and readers in the process.

Worst manga I've read these past days. A manipulative bitch Fl, spineless Mc, his guy friend trying to break his relationship with Fl, and his first love. Fl does literally "anything" and gets away, even physically abuses him by slapping and pouring down yogurt. And somehow people liked this and getting animated? The hypocrisy is making me insane. She says no romantic feelings, proceeds to have, and whenever he tries to do something, she blocks him, tries to make ml and his first love get together, and when they're on the path she gets manipulative and acts like a baby, only to resolve mc apologizing? Why do all Japanese mcs' need to be this much of a spineless simp? You have another option, or hell you can die alone which is better than her. Become a civil servant and do your hobby alongside with it. And why do people enjoy it is a wonder to me. Just let her go to Tokyo, only to find out metropolises aren't like a dream, but rather a dark universe. She thinks she can get away by just crying. If she did that, they would kick her out of the agency that instant. I don't even know how the author managed to survive this long to write this bs of a manga. Toxic masculinity is not hated of men. Toxic masculinity is the expression of how patriarchy oppresses men. You know, men can't have feelings, men can't like clothes, men can't show too much genuine affection or they might be "gay". Women and children first, because the safety and well-being of men is less valuable. It's fine for men to die in combat and suffer lifetime PTSD, but not women. First 30 chapters had potential. It was building up to something where I couldn't really see an expectable outcome. The best friend and the other childhood girl were of equal standing up until chapter 31. The MC is a simp, plain and simple. McFucker was planning to move to Tokyo so that he could be with his best friend. Buddy, that ain't wholesome, that's freaky as hell.

I feel like they're just intentionally making an apology of objectively horrible human behavior as a way to subvert people. There's just no other way, author deliberately wrote the best girl only to destroy her in the most disappointing way and give us an immature manipulator instead. There should be a tag for this like "cuck propaganda" or "gaslighting". It's like someone intentionally trying to ruin your life by giving you bad advice on purpose.
