Huh? You were afraid that the photo would turn popular?
I mean, you told your mom that he raped you, so... You told her he took a photo, right?

@Tearsax. It's hard telling people that there are photos like that of you. It's embarrassing and scary to know that if you tell anyone they could release them. It might also feel shameful to her knowing that she had pictures taken. Sometimes it's hard to tell other people

Kegare disini kayaknya lebih enak jadi "filthy" ya gan daripada "dirty". Bentuk ekstrimnya "dirty" kalau ditujukan pada orang menurut ane enakan filthy gan, kayak "filthy rich" (sugihe nggilani), "filthy woman" (wedokan lacur) dsb...

It’s really hard to sympathize with experiences like this especially when you’re a perfectly Healthy normal human being. You wouldn’t be able to feel The things in their minds and goes all judge-y with the power of hindsight.

I really hope the teacher helps her out more than this, it is better than nothing, but i don't think she knows about what is happening.

She only has been in the porn industry for 3 years and she already has more than 40 AV movies....

Is really depressing, and I know is only hypocritical of me to feel sorry just because of this manga, when in reality, a lot of people is having this kind of problems. She is only 21 and this really puts into perspective how rotten the world is. I knew about this shit since ages, but this manga just hit me where it hurt. Now I'm unable to watch any of that kind of media without remembering this.

Honestly it takes courage to write about such a depressing childhood.

@DanJADO @Akikako you 2 are generalizing a bit too much there, while also missing the main point, we don't even know how she ended working in the porn industry and then becoming a mangaka.

While it is true that the world of pornography thrives on the exploitation of women and her case is obviously one of them for how prolific she is while being so young, the story hasn't even got them there, instead it ha shown us how both her father and brother have gotten away with years of abusing her, how her family knew and still didn't do anything to really help, how despite all that her younger sister is under the care of an known pedophile, and yet all she can do is keep quite about it.

Banning pornography wouldn't change that, and on the other hand will put it in the realm of illegality that means, women that end doing pornography will do so without the aces to the minimal guarantees of work, health, and social safety, this will endanger and vulnerate them even more than now, being a porn actress is already a job that earns more scorn than worth, if on top of that becomes illegal the women will end in the realm of criminality, if trying to get out of that position was hard already, then it would become even harder.

Criminalization of things is rarely the correct solution to social issues, instead we should focus in ways to solve the inherent problems with the world of pornography, which goes beyond over work, physical violence, social stigma and shame, bad health conditions, power abuse, economic instability and inequality, job insecurity, drug abuse in some cases, and for those that find themselves working in porn due to circumstances out of their own will like coercion and sex trafficking.

Assuming that banning pornography solves all of this is plainly irresponsible, is just ignoring the real problem and acting that things will disappear if we just look away or put a label on it.

Why is pornography a thing in the first place? why is it produced under such poor conditions? why did it end being a commodity rather something more? how can it be fixed? and what are its impacts on those consuming it?

All those questions and way more, become harder to board, research, and even ask if we just go and assume that banning pornography will solve things.

And again the story hasn't even gotten there, we are still dealing with her childhood in which she is being abused by her own family and no one helps her.

@Doomroar "Why yes, I'm ok to capitalize abused women and children, how could you tell?"
