@xlhca the whole point of this medium (manga) is visual story telling. If you are going to skip the visual depiction of the main point of your story you might as well write a book at that point. Like, if you read a manga about a war there should be people depicted as being killed, regardless if it was pure fantasy or re-creation of someone memory of it. And without visual depiction it feels fake, as is if the author never experienced it in the first place.

edit: but maybe I am wrong and nothing was skipped, and being kissed is literally the worst she has experienced.

You miss the point of visual story-telling entirely. In any visual medium, what is drawn and what is not drawn serves to support the context/focus that the work is trying to build.
Ignoring the fact that the molestation portrayed already is pretty shocking in and of itself, by omitting some of the stuff that's implied but drawing her reactions to it, how she's dealing with it, etc..., it shows that we're not supposed to be focusing on the act itself but the repercussions of the act and how it affects the whole situation. This is visual story-telling 101.

Basically, this manga is trying to be an honest portrayal of the affects of child molestation, not a fucking porn comic, so they're not gonna show the act because there's no fucking reason to do so. Not to mention that this is based on a real experience so I doubt the author would want to graphically portray their molestation even more than they already have, the author's already gone above and beyond the call of duty in that regard. We don't need weirdos like you who are just looking to jack off coming here and completely dismissing a genuinely emotionally tough work.

The story is quite tough for me and I couldn't read it in one go; needed some time to digest it.

I like how its written from the childs perspective. How many reactions of the protagonist/child are sudden and the reasons not clear. For me this makes the story more immersive and easier to take the childs perspective.

@cillbosby except it feels completely fake that way, so it fails to establish emotional connection. Although it seems that in chapter 4 it is getting better, but still way too softcore. I hope things will escalate from there. The proper way to tell that kind of story is Emergence manga. Read it to become more cultured.
