Forcing sexuality by rape is gross, but no way the MC goes back to being a guy. They literally said they'd prefer being a girl, which is more than most genderbent manga characters who end up liking it get. The person is a major egg from the start, which is genuinely funny watch characters discover. Nothing wrong with making comedy out of identity discovery.
