To be fair, Gal Gohan, Taiyou Marii's other work, started out with barely no plot as well. It was just a teacher and gyaru student, making food with ecchi sprinkled in. that was it. Even with the introduction of the student council president didn't change much. It wasn't until the teacher's college friend that the plot really ramped up and became the love story/harem it's now known today

Edit: I tried uploading chapter 6 a couple days ago. Since it's my first submission it has to be approved. As far as I can tell there's no way to check the submission status. I can't tell if it was not approved, is waiting for approval, or if it failed to submit or something.
