Memories can only return if the person died before Camio in the previous timeline. Alandra didn't die so she won't get the memories back

Yeah i think, because that the source of the drama, the shitty prince and his bitch mistress gonna keep pestering the heroine despite her pre-emptive measure to reject marriage proposal and avoid to have anything to do with the prince

There should be layers of security on the memory lock.
  • The person must have strong bond (for better or worse).
  • Because the lock itself is powered by the person's own magic power, those with strong magic has stronger seal. This means Augustine and Camillo's seal is much harder to break because they are strong.
  • You need a surprising happening to jolt the memory. This is why Camillo has lower risk, because he never tried to hide his appearance, so there's no surprise like suddenly seeing Leticia's usually hidden eyes.
  • They must die before Camillo (because the Goddess uses Camillo as the reference point for time reset, not Leticia).

Augustine didn't get his memory back iinm, but Isela regained her memory from Camillo rather than Leticia. After all, she got killed, that's traumatic enough.

As for what happened...
Isela got her memory back, so she realized why things aren't going well.

She charmed Augustine, but the effect is temporary. In the past life, their relationship only manage to grow stronger because they have Leticia as obstacle to their love. But in the current timeline, Leticia backs off, so there is no challenge and their relationship quickly became boring.

Augustine only got his memory back near the end after things are dealt with. But he is already losing interest because Isela is not the type of girl he likes. He actually prefers smart woman (which Isela, and pre-reset Leticia are not).

If that's the case, how does that resolve with the younger brother of the Prince?
He died in accident when departing to study abroad. This happened before Leticia gained her reputation as evil queen.

Thanks, but then that sort of doesn't jive with the end of 4.5, where he calls her Black Rose Queen.

Before she got known as the evil queen due to her excessive spending and especially how she exiled her maid. But that aside, Elias dies in the time between when Leticia became queen, and when Camillo is killed for murdering the king. So he is covered in the timeline reset memory insurance program.

Last question (that I think I know the answer to), how much of a cinnamon roll is Alandra?

Not overly sweet, but a good girl. =___=
I think the first impression here already shows most of her character.

Although, I like her interaction with Elias. My favourite couple for this story.

The web novel has been translated and it's relatively short, two volumes worth, not those Chinese "you should be ashamed if you don't have 4000+ chapters" web novel.

Link to the fan translation should be there in the information page.
