More like pentuple time travel/reincarnation. MC, Camillo, ex-fiance Prince, Isela, Prince's younger brother. Ex-fiance Prince is the last to remember

If I'm not mistaken, technically, the whole world's time got rewinded. Something like Misora's power from Sagrada Reset (although her power is probably reconstructing the world according to a save point rather than reversing time).
Goddess of Time only made contract with Camillo, so if this is time travel, everyone else shouldn't get their memory back because they are their old self.

I don't think that's necessarily true. She could've always been a scheming, manipulative social climber. She did it the first time around, getting the FMC out of the way and she's doing it this time around just to hook the prince with no rival to dispose of. She doesn't have to be aware of the loop/reincarnation to still try and rig the game like this.

The plot has made it clear that anyone can potentially regain their memories of the previous loop with the right trigger, but it's entirely possible she doesn't have to know a thing to still be this way if this is how she always was even the first time around.
