yeah, this is definitely Agawa's way of trying to get him to turn back to her: she's trying to "fix him" (after the mess she has done previously) by dividing what is really sexual and what is supposed to be emotional; she is also trying to make him understand that by only doing "emotional" acts she is indirectly telling him what she feels for him, though i don't think she will succeed in what she's trying to do)

Pretty much what I said a few chapters ago (i guess), i'm also pretty sure that we'll probably continue to drag this whole matter between those two till the editor or someone else doesn't decide to axe this manga or asks super to close this story.

So I guess we are seeing some changes within Agawa too (she blushed much on the statements, and got more wet ?,considering her character). Just a tiny bit, but its something. She will probably tease him with that stuff more and more to make him fall for her again.
Unfortunately, it seems like that the teacher will block all that development. Hope that Gotou makes up his mind seeing her like that.
