I know some people expected Gotou and Agawa to fucking each other brains out this chapter but instead it's Gotou having a threesome with the president and Akito, out of all people. Man, Gotou sounds so delusional, and his comical evil expression doesn't help either. No wonder Gotou is a complete alien to Agawa now.

They need to talk and Agawa needs to stop being a figurative bitch. She's clearly a damaged individual using sex as a way of cobbling together some notion of self-worth. Her dad was apparently a bastard, plus her sister has intentionally sought out to ruin Agawa's previous attempts at stable relationships. Everyone in this story is fucked up and it's not something that can be solved easily. Talking's a good start, though.
