Maybe, I just feel that Inukai getting cucked again wouldn't add anything to the story. The first time it happened helped to fully reveal Gotou's feelings towards Akito, Shiina and Agawa along with him acknowledging his hypocrisy and accepting it. Obviously it was also shocking and humourous with the added bonus of feeling deserved because of Inukai harassing Gotou but those factors aren't here anymore with inukai doing his own thing and even supposedly giving Gotou sex advice as stated by Gotou himself.

Gotou fucking Shigechi could cause Agawa to become jealous (which would lead to Gotou cucking Inukai as a byproduct) but the fact that Gotou has become a masochist and Shigechi is showing signs of interest towards Inukai (in a tsundere way ig) while simultaneously considering Gotou gross makes me feel that Gotou going onto cuck Inukai is unlikely.
