That came also across my mind. Maybe she really "spied on them" and saw what they did. It is not much likely that she heard also the part of the convo where Shigechi mentioned that he got hard hearing Agawas name.
What is also interesting is, if Shigechi will tell Agawa what happened between them or leave it be. For Gotou I assume that he will try to find a conversation with Shigechi again, maybe questioning the part of "but really..." .

They will confront each other (Shigechi and Agawa, as well as Agawa and Gotou) and discuss what happened in that room. How long all that will be stretched is a question for the future.
Hopefully Gotou will critically think about the point Shigechi wanted to make, leaving the others alone.

Mmmmm... more like an Agawa lying about finding guys boring and Gotou finding out she's also fucking Yuuki because he's the only not boring man and unlike Gotou, he also can look cool despite of being simpler than her other fuck buddies.

Probably finding out Agawa holds a grudge against Gotou for not being true to himself. So next chapters are all about Gotou and Agawa having some confrontations that are interrupted 'till sge gets bored of Yuuki and on a despair for new experiences, she ends agreeing to fuck that old and ugly teacher.

Lol considering Yuuki was the guy Gotou caught fucking Agawa at the very beginning of the story and it really hasn’t affected much since that first story arc. I think maybe you’re right.
