It was the fact that he did it raw that led Agawa to tell him to find someone else to do it, and then the president joined in. Which led to chapters 32-35 being retconned.

Well that didn’t have anything to do with WHY those chapters got retconned, especially considering chapters 16-17 are still canon. It was how the aftermath of the first arc was handled that made the difference between the old and new canon.

Thing was that he was forced by the circumstances he brought to himself and Agawa to do something for himself because both were expelled in the doujin. Not like being a traffic officer is a good thing tho, they seem to be at the bottom part of the police hierarchy. But at least he's doing something there, unlike Agawa who became a victim of an abusive rrlationship.
