I don't think this reads as either. He wants to get into an actual relationship with her, which implies she would have to limit herself to doing it with him. If you consider that as "fixing her", then sure. But I don't think he is inherently opposed to her having high libido or enjoying sex.

Numbers are 400123 which are chapters 1-14 and 400144 which are chapters 14-22 so thank u/TheDamnHero_ for the numbers.
