@HanabiMao Well to be fair, if we're using previous logic about the weaker guys can die easily (which the hero absolutely doesn't want) then the level 3 priest would definitely be one of them. In short, he doesn't want him to die.

I saw that coming a mile away. As they see him, he's a crass man way below their level, but they fail to appreciate his wisdom and expertise; there's also the fact that his level is actually way higher than he lets on (I'm willing to bet it's at least 333...)

Also, due to a comment I read, I'm starting to suspect that the hero is a woman and either dealing with trauma regarding men, or a misandrist.
