The more I see of mage in this setting... the more I am convinced they aren't victims.
Sure, Zappa clearly has a plan, but the divide between people with and without the capacity for magic is pretty clear.
Still would prefer a world with magic, it sounds more interesting, not like without it would be much different on the divide either.
