Database Error

Had this problem on my end for hours now. I try to load the chapters I am reading and just get a database error message, if i quick refresh multiple times it would let me in but then I receive "Error while loading a resource. The server may be busy at the moment."
Is there an estimated time period for when this will be fixed?
