please watch the anime or read the light novel before you make such baseless and idiotic assumptions because you're deliberately pretending there was ZERO character growth throughout the story. But the last part he locked the fuck in and overcame his stupid ass restrictions. Actually his character growth is something that happens gradually through the story. But you already knew that since anyone reading this has a familiarity with the LN or anime. So stop lying intentionally.
