We had a flash back from kadode’s past (just to add some spice) and then ontan’s bf and cross dressing boy kept searching for ontan to keep her from going back in time and trying to get things right. After that the rest of the crew who was out for their summer trip meet up. Ontan does remember how literally everything is her fault, but she’s come to terms with it and it’s all good.

Also, the mothership is overheating so the whole planet is gonna get wrecked when it explodes (that’s why they’re making the space ship disguised as an arena to escape)



Whew, that was a solid chapter though. It looks like there’s one more volume?

wow this series is too good, glad i found it (and binged it all) now, cuz apparently the mangaka just ended his hiatus
i read the writer's kinda famous for his deppresive stories, and this story's latest chapters have been super depressing, but im kinda holding a sliver of hope that this wont end in complete tragedy

i know, its just wishful thinking, but let me dream

using the time machine again would be the easy way out, so i dont think theyll do it, ontan seems to have made peace with her actions, kadode cant use it even if she finds it by chance (she doesnt know how it works), but her adult responsibilities should have given her some insight that would be pretty useful if she goes back in time to meet the alien again. ooba could fly into the ship and try to turn off the reactor, thus probably sacrificing himself, but maybe its too late now. maybe regretful soldier dude will do something to redeem all his alien killings

i know they've been building up the ship crashing down as a consequence of rewriting kadode's past, but i just cant seem to fathom an ending where everyone just dies
