It’s enticing in the beginning; wanna see some gore and be fascinated? Sure, read like 20-15 chapters.

But afterwards, it lost some of its charm and became a bland generic story, (sarcasm) woah rape and just killing hundreds of people again in the middle of the street, so interesting. Woah mc heroine gets shotgunned and stabbed, oh yup, she’s totally fine. Next chapter, she’ll kill another group of people.

Japanese people like rape too much. It becomes morally wrong and boring (like really?!) to use it constantly just for readers to hate the characters.

The main character is really boring and it gets too gimmicky and pointless. Didn't know that was possible in a series about "DeadTubers". And I found the amount of rape really annoying.
Well pointless gore can be fun but they're trying to make it seem like the MC is intelligent and eccentric and I'm not really feeling it. It's supposed to be disturbing but it just feels stupid after some point.
Have to agree it started really falling during the Justiceman arc.

I honestly like it.
It has a lot of gore for gore sake and yes the rape gets a little old after a while bit.
But I do like the first half of it

the whole dead tube idea was nice I like it, but yes toward the whole justiceman arch it just kinda loses it all together
I really like the yandere feel from Mai and altogether it was interesting I'm just waiting for the next installment cause in it's own way I want to see how they end this section of the story

It has a lot of work to do and still has a ways to go I'm interested to see how it ends but I hope it is complete I hate when I get invested and then suddenly it just has no end with no hope of getting an end.

As of the time of writing this, we're at the start of volume 12 (chapter 47); the cover art for the manga is showing a big ol' "13" at the top, implying that there's at least 13 volumes out there.

So the translation is seemingly at least a full volume behind.

Just got vol 12 at home.
So, what i think about how this will end :

-Mai will 100% die at the end, she is a lost cause and live only for murder
-Mashiro will probably end with the Blonde girl, the only sane/normal girl since the beginning basically...with his sister.
-The mastermind behind this new Deadtube is probably Mashiro Dad. They're some obvious hints.

I hope the story will end soon, it's not so bad...but it's not a good thing to make fillers.
