Instead of tying him up & hitting him, why not actually try to find evidence so he’s not a lolicon??

I know it's for story and comedy, but come on, you're all dealing with these kind of spiritual nonsense all the time. Why wasn't anyone's first reaction more of a "his sexual preferences were changed by some spiritual power" and not a "yup, he's clearly a pedo".
Maybe this power might be affecting the whole world hence nobody really picks up on something being wrong seeing that even the MC's devices got filled with photos out of nowhere and a bunch of kiddy magazines just magically appeared near his bed.

I mean, the fact that Furuya is actually responding like a lolicon would explain why they're trying to correct him first: he's, by behavior, actually a lolicon... thought it doesn't explain why Souya wouldn't say SHE DIDN'T SEE HIM BEING A LOLICON BEFORE. Like, just establishing that it is a new thing, with a power that is undisputed like hers, would work to start trying othe avenues of approaching the issue. Guess him avoiding her for so long actually affected her thinking a bit, with how emotional she can get.
And from the weird trial they're trying to do on Furuya, it might actually turn out that members of Exorcist HQ are trying to get rid of him by incriminating or implicating his involvement through this incident (now that sending the lolicon slayer failed to do so) or something. We've seen enough exorcists fear his power already, I wouldn't put it past the author to write something like that.
I mean, I don't remember if the sister had already checked his room, and the photos on his phone would've been private information that none of them would've know beforehand. For all they can guess (besides Souya), he might've been a lolicon for a while and just kept it well hidden.

guy clearly got cursed by the little girl some chapters ago, question is... is the organization working with the pedo slayer to seal this guy pervert powers or just one weird coincidence, 'cause one thing is him getting randomly attacked, and another is him getting judged so fast ('cause his sister clearly didn’t report him being a lolicon yet)

I can't be the only one that fucking hates this arc and wants it to end already. I was thoroughly enjoying the story before this nonsense.

If you noticed all 3 of then are more concerned about their shoot at him that of him being a Lolicon, Kaede wasnt entirely joking about that.

Hmm now that you mention it, it's weird how fast they're getting him on trial. As if the organization needs a scapegoat. Maybe they do have ties with the lolicon slayer. That would be an interesting development.

Souya's mystic eyes are proof enough. His reaction with Kaede's transformation is further proof.
He needed to be tied down because he was running away from Souya - from his mind being read.
He was getting hit as a form of therapy, which is silly comedy, but makes sense when transformed Kaede is doing it.
