not really. Actually kinda makes sense. Whether it's the blessings or their faith, the main meaning of it comes down to protecting themselves or their loved ones. That thing itself is what threatens or kills them, so better to get rid of it, if not in whole then just the part that decided they would die.what a weak reasoning
time to put down like a dog he is
so he blame god (because of skill??), and then becoming evil trying to kill other people, and then again he blames god. that's just like a little kid throwing a tantrum. a weak minded kid. just because someone have a "dangerous" skill then blame it to other?not really. There's the difference in the goddess's and demon's motives (which he probably can't see much of, honestly) but if you strip that away and their image, what you get is pretty straightforward. An authority figure you follow either because it's a social norm or because they protect from another force wants your wife as a sacrifice, but the other force doesn't. There's a lot of stories with setups like this where we would just find out the church or goddess was corrupt and evil. It's only the circumstances outside of him and his issues that make him in the wrong, honestly.
Kinda reminds me of star rail, honestly. The bad guys have bad methods and are making deals the embodiment of ruin but that doesn't mean the fundamental argument of the good guys isn't fucking stupid. Character's motivations and actions can be worlds apart.
yup. As I said, in other stories, this would be the setup for finding out the church and human kingdom is evil and the demons good. The difference is just the motives of the goddess and demons which he doesn't know. What he does know would be reason to make enemies and to fight and kill them if necessary to stop this.so he blame god (because of skill??), and then becoming evil trying to kill other people, and then again he blames god. that's just like a little kid throwing a tantrum. a weak minded kid. just because someone have a "dangerous" skill then blame it to other?
what's her skill anyway? using it to save other but at the expense of her own life? (most likely is). but you know what, most of the time the people who got that skill gladly use it to save other life. that is why there's so little good people living in this world. and that's still god fault? did he even ask how she feels about her own skill? probably not or at least pretend not to hear it
Yes, you're right. My point is that's from our omniscient perspective. For what he knows, his enemy is the goddess.if you ask me, it seem the god is way better than the demon. who knows if they are actually evil, but at least they're not the one actively try kills other human.
I suspect it isn't going to help. The artist isn't very good at using the manga format, and they still did not encounter a single person who can have a serious discussion about the story's main conflict. Believe it or not, this chapter is one of the more lucid explanations of that conflict.I still have no idea what's going on in this manga, really ened to make time to re-read it from the begining, maybe then I'll make some headway with it, but don't have time nowadays...
I think he is already "losing himself" from using that dark power.what a weak reasoning

how did you know that? did you read LN?Virgin mother. She was granted the skill (assigned the role) of giving birth to the hero by the goddess despite her body being too weak to bear it. He knows she accepted it, that's not the same as him accepting losing her.
earlier chapter, 14.2, during the dad's "we must level up and kill god to free ourselves" speech.how did you know that? did you read LN?
if she's the hero mother, then did he try to kill her daughter? what a messed up
