I don't get MC saying not experience fighting dragons since he fought one of the top ten in the universe before reincarnating. Good to know that he doesn't assume he'll win and makes a chance to observe the dragon to learn it's strengths and weaknesses before engaging. Needs to work on moving earlier though. Without plot armor and identity as a hero Akira would be dying instead of battered and all the wind knocked out of her for a while. Seems like MC was right about someone in power negotiating with the dragon considering the dragon's last words were "...That person didn't say anything about..." Hope he has an item bag or something to stow the corpse in. Otherwise said person or nearest corrupt noble will try to claim the dragon corpse for its materials. Will be a tossup on whether their greed will extend to holding back on compensating them to a pitiful payment with tons of excuses or claim this or that and refuse to pay. The ones that are pure scum and shameless will demand compensation from the MC and Akira.
If nothing else, the dragon has to admit he's definitely no longer bored anymore!
@icarushector I don't think it's just holding a strong power with strict conditions. More like he's in New Game+ and has to compensate for being in a low level body that doesn't have enough gas to bring out the full effect of everything he's learned and experienced. It's not like he's at level 1 now as obviously he's been training to relearn all the moves and skills he knows so can use them but still has a long ways to go before level 999 again.
