I'm suggesting a waiting period before new accounts can post a chapter.
I think this will reduce the number of chapters that will get reported for violating the rules of advertising and watermarks.
The risk is that it'll be a obstruction for new scanlators if the waiting period is too high and they haven't made an account here before.
This feature may already be implemented, but I thought I'd post it since I've noticed that most of the chapters I reported these last few weeks are from accounts that are less than a day old.
