Delete cookie for Mangadex automatically

Hello, I use an extension for my browser that automatically deletes cookies for websites as soon as I close the tab. But I have noticed time and time again I am always logged into Mangadex, no matter how much I try to purge cookies. Is it because MD uses an external authentication system, and if so is there any way I could get my extension to delete the MD cookie automatically?

MD stores data in localstorage, you need to clear that too.

For most browsers clearing site data takes care of that.
