I mean, that's distinctly what it sounds like, though XD English is full of pitfalls for the unwary, but this one's pretty esoteric and I can't blame the translator for not realizing that "delivering," used as a gerund, with the subject of delivery omitted, means either midwiving or giving birth (not being a delivery-person). No dictionary can help you with that sort of subtle usage distinction, I think.
It is, however, hilarious.
