Deltora Quest - Ex Licence? [invalid]

I can't seem to find it on Kodansha's site hence asking is Deltora Quest and ex-licence? I scanned their English Volume 1 and plan to scan the rest of them. But wanted to be sure it is Ex before uploading.

Be careful Out of print doesn't mean that a publisher no longer has the license, the link in the entry is still valid
