It's only what's her name, the PK Team leader that's basically sabotaging Crim only, she's not doing it to Hinagiku who is with them too. Crim does get pretty annoyed as she got sabotaged several times and took a hit to that area the same as the guy. So to get back at her, Crim set up a situation where PK Team leader got trapped by her skill and is almost triple teamed. However Hinagiku saves her instead and says something before she is taken out of the match.

Later on, we see that the rest of the PK Team that was with Crim was basically half assing the match, just kinda going along with their leader. Crim confronts them about making the game not enjoyable since several young kids who got PKed before had quit the game. PK Team had used the excuse that "it's just a game" to sorta justify their actions however after seeing Hinagiku saving their leader had an effect on their team and now they were motivated to win the match seriously. Also mentioning how they are the adults and that a child like Hinagiku was more mature than them. PK team leader does confess she was trolling Crim, and that she'll make up for it since Hinagiku save her, but she denies it's for Hinagiku.

After that we get to see how the other part of the PK Team and other half of Crim's team: Frey, Freya, Lycoris are dealing with defending. They do successfully eliminate the opposing team that attacked them, however Frey and Freya are taken out of the match due to PK Team tactic of sacrificing allies to take out the enemies. This leaves only one member of the PK team and Lycoris on defense.

The match pretty much hinges on Crim working together with rest of the PK team for the rest of the match, and the match still has some time left.

Thank you for the clarification, I was harsh with my comment but is just that we know they're bad and the previous two or three chapters were pretty obvious showing that so my sentiment was pretty much "get over with it already!" and clearly my patience can't handle weekly series anymore, at least not this time.
I think the manga has great fights, it's a shame that they have to struggle like this with pettiness because they had bad luck with matchmaking.
